Answer: This generally occurs when a ScanCARE Profile has been selected from the setup switchboard or shortly after an upgrade has occurred.


To fix this, do this:


Click shift + F5 to reset the cache incase the page has not updated properly, if that does not work you may need to click on the white banner above the green switchboard, this will turn off the "My ScanCARE Profile" if it is turned on and display the generic homepage.
