Sometimes the guardian agent configuration will not show BP-003 Birch Label Printer when you click detect printer.
In this case unplug the usb lead from the PC that connects to the printer, plug it back in and select the new Printer Port that has shown up in the dropdown as COM #, select BP-003 manually in the dropdown of the Printer Models and click Save down the bottom right.
