Answer: This generally occurs when the battery is flat, or one of the leads connecting the Cradle to the computer is not connected.


To fix this, do this:


Check and make sure that the cable that connects to the mini USB port on the cradle has the power adapter on it and is plugged into a power outlet and the other cable that plugs into the CAT 5 (phone type jack) is plugged into the USB on the PC.


Allow the Scanner to fully charge.
